OK. We got us here some groovy links for those of you
in bands and such. These are cool, and we only promote them because they are
cool, not for money. Give us a link from your homepage with the following
icon...we are here to help.
Indie
Music is a real good reference for a lot of things. They have info on tons of
stuff. Just check them out.
This link is totally cool and brand new. If you
want to do some self promotion, this is a GIANT help. It gives a ton of info for
both college and commercial radio stations, as well as other promotional
resources. It really is free, but you need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Just click on the page and you'll find out how.
Taxi seems to be another
cool way to represent your tunes. You must subscribe to this, but check it out
and see what you think. Let us know if you have any fame bringing experiences!
IUMA
is a real sweet place to go to, especially if you have no other web page. You
can create one for FREE using their artist uplink software. Just have some
pictures/music/bio ready to go, and BAM! Webpage. Free is a very good price.
The
ultimate band listing. A good resource for new music and bands. These guys
do a great job of promoting the little guys out there, too. Check 'em out!
This
site is pretty self explanatory in the banner...Check it out, it is put up by
Billboard, so it has some backing.
Ok
y'all. Gotta hear 0what you are doing out there, so give this link a try. Ever
been in the studio with a deaf producer? I don't think so. Not for long, anyway.
Heck, ever heard a singer say "the monitors are too loud!" Don't think
so again.
Liquid is
another resource for music files. They have their own music file type (like real
audio streaming), and they have lots of stuff in their archives of music. Just
your basic music link here...
Don't
have a way to sell your music online? Use this site. It is easy, cheap, and
works well.
