Flaverpak
Flaverpak- Well, well, well. Flaverpak is the newest addition to this website, and to the area. They are a freaky stylie mix of funk/jazz/rock, leaning heaviest on the rock side. These boys play a really wild show with no remorse! You better be prepared to dance and have a KILLER time at their shows, 'cause you won't be able to sit still. My favorite song they do is called "Fat G's"-it rips to high hell and back.
The bassist should probably be in the bin somewhere: he is crazy (but damn good). The guitar player can shred and get funky, which is nice to see for once...Their drummer is super solid, but you can barely see him on stage; the guys in front are all big dudes! Joel their singer is awesome. He gets into it, man. Ever see a white guy cover James Brown? Ohio Players? I have seen him do both, and great. Yup. I'm sold on these guys. The kick pooper. My only real complaint is that they don't have their CD done yet...C'mon GNW, get out there and help this band!
